Who are Niche

Niche alloy wheels are designed to improve your cars performance using the latest engineering methods.  At LK Performance, we currently stock 4 series of alloys by Niche and they are, Sports, Touring, Racing, and Monotek.

The Sports series offers maximum concavity with spokes that extend from the outer edge of the lip. These cast monoblock alloys are perfect if you want to run with large calipers or staggered fitments.

The Touring series is ideal for modern domestic cars and import tuners alike. Concave and convex designs are available in two tone finishes or classic matt black.

The Racing series is all about performance and speed. The Niche Racing series is a lightweight upgrade for many sports cars and has space for large brake calipers.

Niche Monotec wheels start life as a single block of 6061-T6 forged aluminum allowing for the ultimate combination of being lightweight without compromising on strength. These let you take your high performance vehicle to it’s limit.

With a choice in colours from reds and bronzes to classic blacks and chromes and sizes ranging from 17” up to 24” with numerous wheel widths available, you will find your new set of Niche alloys here. Some Niche wheels available are load rated so are perfect even for vans.

Use our compatibility check to make sure you have the right fit for your alloys or get in touch with us today for more help. Contact LK Performance on 01274 936040 or email us on [email protected].

Frequently Asked Questions

What are performance tyres?

Performance tyres are summer tyres designed primarily for sports driving as opposed to fuel efficiency. Compared to regular or eco tyres, they typically feature softer compounds and more aggressive tread patterns designed to maximise the tyre’s contact patch on the road.

What is the impact of performance tyres?

Compared to all-season or eco tyres, summer performance tyres offer increased grip and often deliver improved steering feel, giving you more confidence and improving your car’s cornering and braking capabilities.

Are performance tyres good for daily driving?

Although they’re slightly less fuel efficient than regular tyres (and they can be a little louder), performance tyres are perfectly well-suited to daily driving. Just bear in mind that, due to their softer compound, they may wear out more quickly than regular tyres.

What’s the typical lifespan of a performance tyre?

The lifespan of a tyre will depend on your driving style, wheel alignment settings, the brand of tyre you choose and many other factors.

What’s the best thing to modify first on my car?

This depends on your individual tastes and priorities. If you want to lower your car, we’d recommend getting a set of coilovers or an air ride kit to kick things off. Want more noise and a little extra performance? An exhaust will do the trick. If you’re not sure what to start with, reach out to our team for advice.
