Delivery Information

Delivery Services

We offer a reliable and cost-effective international delivery service using reputable carriers like UPS, DPD, and ADD. Standard delivery is available for all items within the UK mainland, subject to stock availability.

Delivery timescales

You can typically expect delivery within 3 working days after dispatch. If your products are available in stock, in our warehouse. We strive to despatch within 1 working day. If your products are being delivered directly from our supplier, we generally ask to allow longer for delivery.

Tracking and Orders

Upon placing an online order, you'll receive a confirmation email. Once your order is processed and dispatched, you'll receive a notification with a tracking number (when available) from the courier company via email or text message.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a fair returns policy. However, we kindly ask that you cover return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, we'll happily cover the return postage and issue a full refund, including the original delivery charges. All returns are subject to the RMA process as outlined in our terms and conditions.

Missed Deliveries

If the courier attempts delivery and you're unavailable, they should leave a notification card with instructions for rescheduling.

Overdue Deliveries

Please allow up to 3 working days for courier deliveries. If your order hasn't arrived within that timeframe, and you haven't received any updates from the courier, kindly contact us by email at [email protected]

Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or by phone. We'll work swiftly to resolve the issue. Please note that all goods are sold subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions. Special orders may not be eligible for returns. We reserve the right to apply a handling fee for returns that are not due to our error.

Invoices

In rare cases, an invoice might not be included in the package if your product comes directly from the manufacturer. You should receive a separate invoice via mail within a few days. If you don't receive one, please contact us at [email protected] for a copy.

Damaged Goods

While we thoroughly inspect all products before packing, occasional damage might occur during transit. If the outer packaging appears damaged upon delivery, please sign the delivery as "damaged" in the presence of the driver. It's also crucial to inspect the contents upon receipt and notify us within 24 working hours of any damage. You can reach us by phone at 01274 964040 or email at [email protected].

If the product arrives damaged or faulty, we'll arrange a replacement as soon as possible and collect the damaged parts at no additional cost to you. Please retain all packaging and refrain from attempting to use the damaged parts.
